Information You Provide Through Our Quote Form

When you request a quotation we collect your first and last name, telephone number, email address, ZIP code, preferred contact method, and details of your vehicle, including year, make, model, vehicle type, the glass required, and the VIN or license plate. A free-text field is also provided for additional details.

This information is collected for a single purpose: auto glass is vehicle-specific, and the correct part cannot be identified, nor an accurate price provided, without it. We use it to verify the correct glass, quote the work, and schedule service. We do not sell, rent, or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Photographs You Upload

Our quote form allows you to upload a photograph of the damage. Photographs are used to assess whether damage qualifies for repair, to establish the position and extent of the damage, and to confirm the correct glass. They are stored with your inquiry and used only for those purposes.

Please do not upload photographs containing information you would prefer we did not hold. An image of the damaged glass is sufficient.

Attribution and Marketing Data

When you submit our form, we automatically record technical information describing how you reached the site. This may include Google click identifiers (including gclid, gbraid, and wbraid), Google Ads source and campaign identifiers, UTM campaign parameters (source, medium, campaign, term, and content), the search term where available, the landing page on which you arrived, the referring website, the page from which you submitted, your device type, your browser, and a timestamp.

This information indicates which advertising and which channels produce genuine inquiries. It is used to measure and improve marketing expenditure. It is business analytics data. It is not used to make automated decisions about you.

How Long We Retain It

Inquiry and job records are retained for as long as required to service the work, honor any warranty applicable to an installation, and meet our tax and legal obligations. Inquiries that do not result in work are retained for a shorter period and then removed.

Your Rights

You may request details of the information we hold about you, request that it be corrected, or request that it be deleted. If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information.
