What Actually Decides Same-Day
One thing above all: whether the correct glass for your specific vehicle is in stock.

- If it is not, we will tell you the real timeline instead of promising a slot we cannot keep.

1. Call rather than email
For an insecure vehicle the phone is the fastest route to an answer.
2. Remove anything of value
Do it before the glass is replaced, not after. Assume the vehicle is not secure until it is.
3. Do not clear the glass yourself
Tempered fragments cut. They also fall into the door cavity where a household vacuum cannot reach.
4. Send a photograph
It tells us which glass broke and how, which speeds up identification.

Do you charge more for same-day service?
The quote reflects the job, the glass and the location. We do not run a separate panic price for people who are already having a bad day.
What if the glass is not in stock?
Then same-day is not possible and we will say so rather than promise it and fail. We will tell you the realistic timeline. If the vehicle is insecure in the meantime, we can advise on temporary protection.
Can you come to a workplace car park?
Yes. Home, workplace, street parking or a job site, provided there is safe access to the vehicle and enough room to work.
My windshield cracked across the driver side while driving. Is that urgent?
Treat it as urgent. Damage that obstructs the driver line of sight is a safety and a legal problem, and a crack that has already run across the glass will keep running. Do not wait for it to settle, because it will not.
How fast can you actually get here?
It depends on where the vehicle is, what glass it needs and what is already booked. What we will not do is give you a time we cannot keep. Call and we will give you a realistic window.
Is a temporary cover good enough overnight?
It keeps weather out. It does not keep anyone out, and it does not deal with the broken glass inside the door and the cabin. Treat it as a stopgap, not a fix.
